Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Milton is a 2 year old Dachshund / Chihuahua mix looking for love! Such a happy gentleman, loves to be outside and roll in the grass. Very healthy, friendly and the perfect size at 17 lbs.
A Dachshunds life span is 14-17 years, so Milton is a young man with lots of love to give.
He is neutered, micro-chipped, UTD on shots including bordetella, on flea/tick prevention along with heart worm prevention. Milton was heart worm positive but went through heart worm treatment in January. He is now all set for his new home.
If you are interested in giving Milton a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the notes section of our page. Please "LIKE" our page while you are there to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

Milton is living in a foster home in Tennessee and will travel to his new family once adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly transport to IL, MN, WI.
Milton's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the neutering, micro-chipping, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), vet examination and certificate of health along with the transport fee.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption fee. This fee allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
