Meet one of our newest beagle releases from the laboratory, Kelly Kapowski! Kelly is bubbly and sweet and sure to win anyone's heart, just like her namesake. She is good with dogs, cats and kids, is crate-trained and we are working on housebreaking her.

If you're interested in adopting Kelly, please first read about our adoption process. Then, complete an adoption application found at www.happypawsrescue.org under the *ADOPT* tab, and email it to happypawsrescue@gmail.com. You may not know it, but you might have a BEAGLE to thank for your medicines! Beagles are used for safety testing of human and veterinary medicines for the same reasons that they make good pets; they're small and gentle-natured. Where does Happy Paws Rescue come into the picture? On a regular basis, research facilities have beagles that they release to us.
