Penny is a 6-year old beagle mix that weighs about 25-30 lbs. She was rescued from a shelter in Los Angeles, her previous owners could no longer take care of her. She is now in foster care awaiting her loving forever home:-)

She is very sweet, low maintenance, loves walks, is crate trained and housebroken. She is very lovable and will cuddle up to you on the couch as she snoozes. She also loves to eat popsicles and sleep under the covers!

She is very healthy, no medical issues, is current on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Penny would do best in almost any home environment because she is so easy going. She could be with a family that has kids (who would treat her gently and respect her space), an individual's best friend or a couple that wants a sweet, low key furry family member.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Penny, a Studio City Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Studio City, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Studio City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Studio City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Studio City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Studio City paves the way for another one to be saved.
