Carter's Story...
Hi, It's me, Carter! I'm an easy-going kinda pup. My foster mom also says I'm very chill and super relaxed for an 8 week old puppy. I enjoy cuddling and playing with toys, and I enjoy playing with my other doggie friends too, but I do prefer dogs that aren't super pushy with me! Currently I'm working on my crate training, housetraining, and am learning my basic good manners! I'm looking for a family that's going give me the confidence and love to grow into a great dog! If you are interested in meeting or adopting Carper, please fill out an application at: http://www.toledospetbullproject.com/adoption-info/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carter, a Toledo Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Toledo, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Toledo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toledo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toledo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toledo paves the way for another one to be saved.
