Niko's Story...
Hi to all the Collie lovers out there, my name is Loki, I'm a single boy looking for a family to adopt! I turn 1 on March 1st, I would love to adopt you for my Birthday present! I love other dogs, don't care about cats (boriiiiing)! I love all people big and small, I follow my foster mommy a lot because I was kept in a yard at my previous home so I was very lonely. I'm house broken, not destructive although I do like carrying my toy box around the house and very playful! I have my shots and just visited the vet for something they called neutering, not sure what that means? Please make my 1st birthday a special one by taking me home with you to start my new life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Niko, a Littleton Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie for sale in Littleton, or seeking a Collie dog from a breeder in Littleton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Littleton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Littleton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie breeders who help with Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Littleton paves the way for another one to be saved.
