Dennis is a super sweet boy! He loves everyone he meets. He is very friendly with people, children and dogs of all sizes.

Dennis is a sweet and happy puppy! He is doing very well in his foster home. He loves everyone he meets and greets them with non-stop wagging tail. Dennis is very playful, full of puppy energy. Nevertheless, he follows commands very well. His foster mom always praises him as a smart and well behaved puppy. Dennis will make a great family dog as he is very loving.
Dennis was rescued along with his litter mates when they were found as strays, hungry and scavenging food through trash cans. These puppies are now all been placed in good foster care. Dennis is a sweet pup who adores being around people. He is also very friendly to other dogs and cats. He is a playful and cuddly boy. He is potty trained on pee pad/newspapers.
Dennis is a healthy boy and had his vaccinations, rabies shot, neutered and microchip. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Dennis is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dennis, a Castro Valley Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
