Rocky has come to Their Lives, Our Voices with a heart breaking past. He past owners abused him and set him on fire. However, even with this past Rocky is still a loving, calm, peaceful boy that needs a owner that understands his shyness.

*Because of the abuse Rocky has a few tiny bald spots that need special lotion and a owner that knows how to take care him. Rocky requires a peaceful home.
