My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dexter is a sweetheart who came to us from the Madera shelter on Doggy Death Row (set for euthanasia). He is a total lovebug and just loves cuddles and attention! Dexter is between 2 and 3 years old and is a terrier mix. 

The best way to meet the dogs listed here is to visit us at Petsmart every weekend.  If there is a certain dog you would like to meet, please call us and let us know so we can be sure to bring it that weekend.  Please text us so we can set up a time for you to meet your new best friend if you cannot make it to Petsmart on weekends.  We are a volunteer based organization, which means we have full time jobs and families too, so please understand if we don't get back to you right away. 

Due to the nature of rescue, we cannot always offer details on every dog, since many of our dogs come from surrounding shelters. We will do our best to answer questions, though!

We have a few simple forms for you to fill out.  We will also ask you a series of questions to make sure your personality and lifestyle is right for the dog.  We want to ensure you are a perfect match.  If you decide that the dog you chose isn't right for your family, we will take the dog back, but no refund is issued.  We never want to see the dogs we save end up at the pound or in the backyard all of the time.  We look forward to meeting you and helping your find your new family member!
