UPDATE: After watching the original Swedish version of The Bridge, Jessie's foster mom decided to rename her after the lead female character, Saga Noren. Saga is a real character but she doesn't show well at adoption events (she just pathetically hides in her litter box) so she's been in foster for a long time now. All of her former house mates have found their furever homes. Do you have room for this special lady?
Update: Jessie was not doing well in the shelter environment so we were able to get her into a multi-cat foster home and she is settling in nicely.
The shelter recently took on 9 cats released from one house, the product of a divorce. All the cats are really sweet, including Jessie here! Actually, Jessie is a bit of a character. When you try to give her attention, she runs to the back of the cage, so we figure she is scared and leave her alone. Then, when you walk away, she comes to the front of the cage and calls you for attention. Kinda crazy! We'll update her bio as we get to know her better. Jessie gets along with other cats and would do well in a multi-cat home. She is fixed and up to date with her shots, and about 2-3 years old.
All of our cats are spayed or neutered and up to date on age appropriate vaccines before being put up for adoption. Go to http://www.trentoncats.org/adopt-form.html to fill out an application for one or more of these cutie pies. Preference given to those willing to adopt in pairs. NOTE: Our cats are either in foster homes or retail adoption centers. If you are interested in meeting a specific kitty, please email us.
