Betsy is a female Shih Tzu, approximately 1 – 1 ½ years in age. She has a strikingly gorgeous multi-color coat of gray, black and white hair. Betsy's coat is soft and is cut short so care is relatively easy. She is an average size, weighing in at 10 ½ pounds full grown. She is friendly and social, wagging her tail to beat the band whenever she sees you. Betsy walks nicely on leash, trotting along with his feathery tail waving in the breeze. She thrives with activity and enjoys long walks. She would enjoy a household with older children. In any household, Betsy can easily rush through an open door and can jump over a 3 ½ ft. gate so precautions and a secure area are needed for her safety. She does best when she can release her energy on a long walk or play actively in a secure yard with other small dogs. She is always ready for a new adventure. So if you are seeking, fun, active, and very playful little dog; Betsy is ready to find her forever family today.
