This is Ottis. He is a 8-10 yr old Chihuahua Rat Terrier mix. He came from a breeder and is learning people skills. He is also learning that he really likes attention. He is pee pad trained and just wants to cuddle. He needs a home that understands him. We have had a full blood panel done on him and he is fully vetted. His adoption fee is $50.00.
