Hi there, I am 10 year old Penelope, and let me tell you, I am one well traveled beagle! I was picked up by a humane society in Western Oklahoma, but they were running out of room, so a nice pilot flew me to New Mexico, where a vet removed some yucky teeth from my mouth and some lumps from my chest. But, my journey wasn't done yet. From New Mexico, I was flown to Arizona on Christmas eve. How's that for a Christmas present - getting to sleep in a real house! My foster said that I don't let my blindness slow me down; I quickly learned the lay of the land and get around pretty well for a blind old girl. Now, all I need to complete my journey is a place to call my own fur-ever home. Can you be that one? Thanks, Penelope
