Emily's Story...
Just in time for Halloween, meet Emily our Jack-A-Ranian (Jack Russell, Pomeranian). Like a jack-a-lantern, she is sure to light up your life. She is only 8 weeks old, and about 4 pounds. She has been microchipped, and received her first round of puppy vaccines. When she is old enough, she will be spayed, and given the remaining vaccines. She can go to a home, but MUST be brought back to our veterinarian for these procedures at 4 months old. She is such a good girl, and gets along with other pets and children. She will be groomed before adoption, and go home with a new leash and collar. If you are interested in adopting Emily, please email us at rescue@nyabandonedangels.com. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emily, a Flushing Pomeranian/Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Flushing, or seeking a Pomeranian/Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Flushing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flushing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flushing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Pomeranian/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flushing paves the way for another one to be saved.
