Honey Bunny's Story...
Honey Bunny is a very pretty 2 year old buff female Cocker Spaniel with adorable white markings on her muzzle. She is an extremely sweet and loving girl who gets along well with everyone, both people and other pets. She should make an excellent family dog. Honey Bunny comes to us from the Brooklyn Shelter, where she was turned in as an owner surrender due to a change in her family's life circumstances. Honey Bunny has been spayed, microchipped, is current on all shots, and has tested negative for heartworm. She will be professionally groomed before adoption and will go home with a new leash and collar. If you are a Cocker Spaniel lover, then you are sure to be drawn to this special girl like a bee to Honey. To adopt our Honey Bunny, please email rescue@nyabandonedangels.com and request an application. Win the jackpot by taking home our Honey Pot!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Honey Bunny, a Flushing Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Flushing, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Flushing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flushing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flushing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flushing paves the way for another one to be saved.
