Raisinet's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Raisinet's Story...
Raisinet comes to our rescue from a breeder who is downsizing. This cutie-patootie is just 18 pounds and approximately 2 years old. She has chocolate brown coloring with white under her chin and rust colored brows. Just like the chocolate candies, Raisinet is sweet as pie and loves to be by her ownerÂ’s side as much as possible. SheÂ’s energetic and playful but because of her past, she prefers not to be crated. This little girl gets along well with other dogs and would make a great family pet. Raisinet has been spayed, microchipped, is up-to-date on all shots, and has tested negative for heartworm. She will be professionally groomed before adoption and will go home with a new leash and collar. If you would like to take this sweet treat home with you, please email rescue@nyabandonedangels.com and request an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Raisinet, a Flushing Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Flushing, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Flushing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flushing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flushing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flushing paves the way for another one to be saved.
