Bailey's Story...

Bailey's Irish Cream is a very pretty and petite female Cocker Spaniel puppy just 10 months old. Bailey very nearly spent her very first Christmas in the dreary environment of an urban kill pound, but made it into rescue just in time for Christmas Eve, where she joined us all for ham and turkey. Bailey is a typical baby, full of puppy fun, who has a lot of growing up to do. As she is a very loving girl, she should make an excellent family pet. Bailey is a healthy dog who has been spayed, microchipped, is current on all shots, and has tested negative for heartworm. She will be professionally groomed before adoption and will go home with a new leash and collar. If you would like to adopt Bailey, please email and request an application. Bring her home today and toast the New Year with Bailey's Irish Cream (and a little champagne to boot).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Flushing Cocker Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Flushing, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Flushing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flushing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flushing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flushing paves the way for another one to be saved.
