Jack-ADOPTED's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

My name is Jack, and everyone who has met me says I'm a LOVE BUG!   I am very affectionate, and just want to be by your side or in your lap.   I really want you to like me and hope you will be kind to me, so I'm a little shy at first (my foster mom thinks someone in my past wasn't very nice to me). I'm careful until I'm sure you want to be my friend, then my tail doesn't stop wagging...  You can even see it in one of the pictures, along with my great big smile!  I am not used to walking on a leash very much, but my foster family is working with me on this.   I am housebroken and crate trained, but I'm not crazy about being in the crate :(    I'm  a very active and happy dog, and I love to play & try different things, so I don't get bored .   I love other dogs, I'm not sure about cats, but I love people most of all!  My wish is to find a family to love me forever -- could that be you?  Jack's adoption fee is $265.  Please contact for an adoption application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack-ADOPTED, a Northville Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie for sale in Northville, or seeking a Collie dog from a breeder in Northville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Northville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Northville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie breeders who help with Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Northville paves the way for another one to be saved.
