My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hudson is an 8 year old neutered male who initially lost his home when his owners became too elderly to care for him. His breed make up is in question but he is a poodle cross. We guess he may be part Schnauzer or part Westie but not sure. He is neutered and up to date on immunizations. Hudson is a real marshmallow if he has a strong owner who can direct him in a calm loving manner but he can react strongly if he is unsure in a situation. He is not a dog who is social with strangers and needs time to adjust to new situations. He will need an experienced, patient owner who can take the time to let Hudson relax and be the sweet loving dog that he is underneath a lot of bluster. He will not be placed in a home with children. He is healthy, although he needs to go on a diet, and gets along well with other dogs. He is ready for a new home very soon.
