Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I see trees of green, red roses too I see them bloom for me and you And I think to myself what a wonderful world. I see skies of blue and clouds of white The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night And I think to myself what a wonderful world. - from 'What a Wonderful World' sung by Louis Armstrong
Yes it is a wonderful world now for our little Solo! She began life as a shelter baby but no more. She's out and learning how to be a great little companion pup, free to run around as puppies should. Solo is an adorable 4 month old brown and white hound mix currently weighing 18 lbs. We estimate she'll be around 40 lbs when full grown. She's learned quite a bit since being pulled from the shelter and in to a foster home with rescue. Solo is doing very well with house manners and potty training (she's a good girl and potties outside). She is very well behaved in her crate and sleeps through the night with her foster siblings. She is learning basic commands such as sit and is doing better with walking on leash. Solo is a happy little girl who loves a good romp in the grass (or snow?). She loves playing with toys, her favorite being a tennis ball. Play time is essential for puppies to run off all that energy so be ready to have some fun. The best thing about play time and getting tired is.......snuggle time!!! Once Solo is all tuckered out, she's all about the cuddle and the snuggle while you read a great book or watch a good movie. Don't forget the popcorn! (sharing is great but only a tiny bit). Solo is a bit of a social butterfly, she loves playing and being around adults, kids, and other dogs (cats are okay in her book too). This precious baby girl is already spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and current on all of her preventatives. Solo is so fortunate to be able to see trees of green and red roses too. Her days are now blessed and bright. All she needs now is a loving forever home with a family of her own and oh.....what a wonderful world.
