My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sammy is a 3 year old, 45 lb. Beagle/Lab mix. He loves to be around people and is very much enjoying playing with our Labradoodle, but is NOT good around cats and should not be in a home with cats as he will attack them. He is just fine with our 11 pound shih-poo though. If you want to see him in action take a look at his video on Youtube at http://youtu.be/Ad19DIqN8Ks. Sammy is great on a leash and loves walks. He also loves toys and especially his rawhides! He would also be happy to curl up next to you on the couch and take a snooze. He does well in his crate when we are gone, but if he knows we are here he doesn't want to be in it. He also loves to run around in our backyard and would do well with a fenced in backyard in his new home. He is potty trained and even sits before he goes outside, it is cute! Since he loves being around us, I think he would be fine by himself, but you can see from the video that he is good with other dogs and might like to have a friend to play with.
