Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Gus, he's an approx. 3 year old heeler mix. He currently weighs about 40 pounds. Gus is a super sweet fellow who was dropped off at a high kill shelter with his little canine friend. His little friend had been picked to go to another rescue but they left Gus behind. He was very sad and just sat in the back of his kennel. So it was Rover Rescue to his rescue. He seemed still a little sad about losing his friend when he first came here but now he's opening up and playing with some of the other fosters here. I think Gus would love a new home with another canine friend to bond with and be best buds forever. Gus is so far quiet and seems to be housetrained.
