Ummm....hello. I am Lulu and you will have to forgive me for being a little hesitant, but I am very shy, especially in new circumstances. They call me the shy girl here at the rescue, but those that have taken the time and shown patience with me know how loving I am. I just need a little encouragement. Once I get to know you, I will blossom and show you how I love to play ball and jump on your lap for a big hug. I am great with kids as long as the understand how to be kind and how to treat a little one like me. I love to run and hike, but you will have to keep a close eye on me as I can run super fast - DRBC is big on harnesses and leashes, but that won't stop us from having fun, trust me.. I think I would like to meet a new family, but if you are thinking about me come with a big heart and be a little understanding. I know my forever family is out there and I hope being honest about my shyness has not frightened you. Maybe together we can make me a social butterfly. I sure would like to try, so please apply. Lulu a female doxie who is 14 months old. She is tiny is stature and has a gorgeous black and tan coat, is current on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on preventative and has been placed on the DRBC long life diet.
