CALLIE's Story...
Callie is a beautiful 2-month old Calico kitten. Come see her if you want the all around perfect kitten. These pictures do not do her justice. She has a real love of life just like most calico's do and is full of energy and affection and shows both off constantly. She loves playing with toys and also plays very well with people. Some would say she would be the sweetest bundle of joy to join a new family -- and you can get her immediately, No 9-month wait for Callie. If you are interested in adopting Callie or any of the other terrific pets for adoption here at St. Joseph Bay Humane Society, please give us a call at 850-227-1103 and ask for Melody or via email at townsend.hsdirector@gmail.com . Why Adoption is a Great Option

CALLIE, a Port St. Joe Calico kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Port St. Joe, or seeking a Calico kitten from a breeder in Port St. Joe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Port St. Joe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Port St. Joe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Port St. Joe paves the way for another one to be saved.
