Charming Charlie's Story...
Hi! my name is Charming Charlie and I am looking for a loving, forever home. I was rescued from a very unsafe beach for dogs in Puerto Rico called Dead Dog Beach. The Sato Project President, Chrissy, used pinchos to show me that she would feed me and take good care of me which she and the vet's office did until I was ready to leave Puerto Rico and go to my foster home in Long Island, New York. My foster family absolutely loves and adores me. I am great with their dogs, cats and 11 and 13 year old daughters. What more could you ask for :)).

I am about 1.5 years old, 50 lbs, neutered, fully vetted and vaccinated and microchipped.

if you are interested in meet me please email adoption@thesatoproject.com. Can't wait to meet you. Love and Kisses, Charming Charlie :)).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charming Charlie, a West Simsbury Irish Wolfhound/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Irish Wolfhound/Labrador Retriever for sale in West Simsbury, or seeking a Irish Wolfhound/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in West Simsbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Simsbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Simsbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Irish Wolfhound/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Irish Wolfhound/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Simsbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
