My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Twinkle is a schnauzer/poodle mix who weighs 23 lbs. We think she is about 3 years old. Twinkle is a sweet girl who is new to rescue. She appears to be going through some trauma at the moment because of the separation from her original family. This manifests in her crying and having nightmares. She does calm down and we expect that once she settles into her new foster home she will be less stressed. She knows SIT and also responds to COME HERE and NO. She does have a tendency to mix up STAY and SIT! She does well with other dogs and has no aggression at all. She is not crate trained but is housebroken. She is strong on her leash and does pull sometimes. She only likes to go potty on grass so we are noticing that she will tug in between patches of grass but not on the sidewalk. When there is no grass around she walks well on the leash. She really loves being outdoors and loves to run and explore. She is a sweetie and we expect to see her beautiful personality blossom as she loses her fears over the weeks to come.
