Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kweli was rescued by the Tree House Community Cats team and was originally thought to be feral. Just before he was to be released back to his colony, he showed signs of being a friendly cat, so we kept him in boarding with the intention of finding him a foster and eventually a forever home. He started out as a very, very shy boy. He would allow pets, but stayed in the back corner of his cage and appeared a bit anti-social. With a little work and a lot of gentle attention, he has blossomed into a very sweet little kitty!
He especially enjoys to be pet on his face and under his chin. He would probably do best in a quiet home with a companion who can work with him to help him gain confidence and build trust. He came from a rather large colony and seems to enjoy the company of other cats; we often catch him having conversations with the kitty next to him, which seems to help him relax quite a bit. Kweli was born in 2014.
