My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Dexter and I am just a baby boy in foster care with my two bratty sisters (Marley and Abby)
We were all born on January 10th so we are 2 months old
Sadly we were all ripped away from our mama too early but thankfully CAA Rescue found a loving and caring foster home who agreed to keep us all together until we reached 8+ weeks of age where we can get to the vet for our first health check, vaccinations and deworming.
Now we are ready to be separated and to start our new lives with our new families!
We are not house broken
We are not leash trained
We are everyone friendly right now as we live with a family and they have cats but now is the time to start socialization us as much as you can
We are typical babies – we eat, we nap, we poo, we nap, we play, we nap, we pee and then we nap!!
We are blank slates and it is up to you to fill me up with all the good things a doggie should be
Our mother was a mix of a Border Collie and while our father is unknown with certainty it is believed he is a Great Pyrenees. So odds are will be 60lbs+ dogs at adulthood
If you have time and devotion, are home a lot to spend time with me as grow and to teach me all about life, established in a house and responsible with puppy raining knowledge then maybe you should come meet me.
To bring me home there will be adoption fee and a sterilization deposit fee.
The adoption fee covers all my vetting: vaccinations including rabies, dewormings, neuter and micro chip at Animal 911 vet in Roxboro; my new family will have to make the remaining visits. The sterilization deposit will be returned on the day that I get neutered at Animal 911.
CAA Rescue is asking for this sterilization deposit to protect me and my future, to ensure I am happy, safe and healthy for all times with no making babies of my own one day. So if you have puppy training knowledge and would like to meet me in hopes of taking me home forever when I am ready to make the next big step in my life please email CAARescue@gmail.com and ask them for an application to meet me, Dexter!
