Oasis arrived at Horse Creek from the animal shelter on January 28, 2015. She is a gorgeous Boxer mix. Oasis tested positive for Heartworms. She received treatments to eliminate those pesky worms from her body. She is finished with her treatments and has been released from our veterinarian to begin her search for her forever home. Oasis enjoys playing with other dogs in our exercise areas. She loves spending time with people and looks forward to long leash walks along our walking trail. Wouldn’t you want to make Oasis’ life complete by becoming her devoted family? Oasis' birthday is January 28, 2012.
All of our dogs are spayed or neutered and current on all vaccinations. They receive monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention. All of their medical needs are taken care of before they are available for adoption. Our adoption fee is $100.00. Please complete an application, if you have found a dog you are interested in adopting. You can find our application at www.horsecreekwildlife.org/applic.html. Once completed, you can forward it to adoptions@horsecreekwildlife.org or fax it to 731-926-3000. Kim Austin, our adoption facilitator, will be in contact with you as soon as she has an opportunity to review your application. Understand that she has other duties and she will not ignore any interest shown in adopting one of our dogs. An application will need to be approved before a scheduled time to visit our dogs will be set up. It may take up to 48 hours before she returns your call or responds to your email, due to work schedules, holidays and adoption events. We do the very best we can for the dogs we have rescued and do not take the adoption process lightly. Please be patient and understand that we will place our rescued dogs in the very best homes possible and reserve the right to refuse applications.
