Lily's Story...
Lily is a beautiful tabby with green eyes. She’s seven years old. She knows her name and will come when called. She will like to follow you everywhere and just hang out with you.
Evening sofa time is her specialty. She will happily stay there with you and enjoy your company. As long as you are there, she will be there!

Lily likes to play and her favorite game is chase, especially with a laser toy. She also likes to play hide and seek. She will spend time finding different hiding places for you to discover her in. Her favorite hiding place is the bathtub where she will pretend you don’t see her. Any towels or cloths left on the edge of the tub are up for grabs with Lily, and she will quickly take possession of them!

This lovely kitty is just waiting for a new friend to hang out with and a forever home to explore.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lily, a Novato Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Novato, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Novato.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Novato already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Novato breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Novato paves the way for another one to be saved.
