My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please meet Bristol! Bristol is approximately 6 months old and is such a love bug! She's a very smart girl and is learning so quickly. She already knows 'sit' and 'down' and we're working on 'shake' now. Bristol is still very much a puppy, so she will need someone to help her continue learning. She's about 90% potty trained, but hasn't had an accident in the house for the last 5 days! She goes into her crate very well and is great about letting you know when she needs to go outside. Bristol is great with all other dogs and enjoys playing with the kitties too! At night, she LOVES to snuggle right up next to her human and will stay there all night long...it's very cute!

Bristol is current on all of her vaccines and microchipped, too. She will be spayed prior to adoption and will be heartworm tested as well.

Our adoption process begins with you meeting Bristol. Feel free to schedule a play date with her and your existing dog(s). After you fill out an application, we will verify your references and do a brief home inspection. If all goes well, we will deliver Bristol to you for a small adoption fee. You will also have the option to purchase a large wire kennel for an additional fee. We then ask that you sign our adoption contract. We will do a follow-up visit approximately two weeks to one month after the adoption to ensure that Bristol is adjusting well to her new home and that she is happy and healthy.

We feel our adoption process is the best way to vet good owners and to guard against people seeking dogs for dog fighting, bait dogs, and/or dog sales. We only have our rescue dogs' best interest in mind and we do everything we can to insure that they go to the very best home and that it's the perfect fit.
