My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amber is a lovely 1-year old Maine Coon mix with a stunning tortoise shell coat. Sadly, she, along with 11 siblings, were dumped outside in the cold of December to fend for themselves when their previous owner moved away. A wonderful neighbor stepped up to care for them until a rescue was found that could take them. Now all 11 are safe, healthy, and awaiting their true forever families. \r\n\r\nAmber is a very shy young lady and as of now, will run away when a human approaches her. She likes other cats and dogs, so would be the perfect companion for a family that has a cat-friendly feline or canine that needs a new BFF. Because she is fearful of humans right now, she would do best in an adult-only household, in which she is given the time, space, and love she needs to relax and realize that she is safe and won’t be thrown away again. \r\n\r\nAmber is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, and she has tested negative for FeLV/FIV.
