****ADOPTED!**** Available for adoption as of 5-1-08. Skippy is approx. 1-2 years of age and weighs 65 pounds. He is a very handsome tan shepherd mix. He is a very good dog :) He doesn't like it much at the dog pound. He misses an owner to love and care for him. Skippy has a lot of energy and will need daily exercise outdoors. He has a great personality, very loving, healthy, playful/active, very friendly, eager to please, enjoys being outside to play, good on a leash, likes to take daily walks and gets along with other dogs. Skippy would do best in a home with older children. He would make a wonderful family pet or loyal companion for someone living alone. If you are looking for a new walking buddy, Skippy is your dog :) Come in and meet Skippy in person to see if he is the right dog for you or your family. He deserves a second chance at a good life and needs to find his new loving home soon!
