CHIP came to the HCDP as a stray after being found on State Rte 151. He's a 3 year old Basenji mix who is as sweet as he is cute. CHIP is a quiet fellow who loves attention and loves to be told how cute he is. His fur is as soft as a rabbit's. CHIP would make a great addition to your family!
