TANNER's Story...
TANNER is a sweet pup picked up at a busy urban intersection, after he fell out of the back of a pickup truck. Thankfully, his injuries were limited to a few scrapes when the kind person who picked him up brought him to safety. We estimate his date of birth to be Mid-December 2014. He'll likely mature to a weight of about 50-60 lb. Despite his rough start, he is friendly, affectionate, playful and non-skittish. He loves romping with his big dog-friend, Pete. Tanner is crate-trained and mostly house-trained (with occasional slip-ups). He is de-wormed, vaccinated, neutered, and current on monthly flea, tick and heartworm preventives. All he needs now is a loving family to help him grow up to be the good dog he was born to be. This is a courtesy posting. This dog is not affiliated with P.S. I Love You! Animal Rescue but is fostered by another party. For more information, please contact Janel Miller at dogrefuge@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TANNER, a Cranford Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Cranford, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Cranford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cranford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cranford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cranford paves the way for another one to be saved.
