KayDee's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

KayDee's Story...
KayDee is our newest inductee to the rescue. This little lady was surrendered to our rescue after one of our Volunteers saw her being given away for free on Craigslist and was worried for her safety. The Owners agreed to surrender her to our rescue so here she is until she finds her ideal furever home.

KayDee has had a full veterinary work up, as she had not been taken to the vet's for many years. Her senior blood work and urinalysis came back stellar. She received an A+ clean bill of health. While she was at the Vet's she had a very much needed dental and had four extractions. Slightly underweight at 5.5-lbs, probably as it was painful for her to eat, she is now enjoying her home made meals that are being served.

KayDee is very loving, gets along well with other small breed dogs and likes to just hang out close by to her Foster Pet Parent.

We are currently accepting applications in consideration for her adoption. http://ocpoundhounds.com/how-to-adopt/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

KayDee, a Orange Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Orange, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Orange.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orange already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orange breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orange paves the way for another one to be saved.
