Hi there! I’m Joe, but you can call me “Joe Cool” ‘cause I am one cool pup! Are you looking for a spirited little boy to add to your family? I’m the one for you! I found myself in a tough spot and needed a second chance. So, the awesome folks at TRI said that I could hang out with them until my forever family comes along.
They say that I am a 9 month old Australian Shepherd/Hound mix. I’m pretty sure that is a fancy way of saying that I’m handsome and charming. My hobbies include playing with everyone and everything, chewing on bones (I love them!), and getting cuddles. Lots of cuddles! I especially love to play with other dogs, so I would be happy to have a canine sibling or two who would show me the ropes. And I love to run, so a fenced yard would be fantastic for me. I have heard talk of something called “puppy school”. This sounds like a lot of fun! Maybe my new family would be willing to take me there. You see, I am still a puppy at heart and am working hard to learn my “big dog” manners, especially walking nice on my leash. But, I am super smart (everyone says so) and will have it mastered in no time.
I dream of finding an active family who will include me in their adventures. In fact, my bags are packed and I am ready to move on to my forever home. Might that be yours?
