Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Baxter is such a HAPPY boy. He is 100% housetrained, loves his strolls around the neighborhood on leash, sleeps quietly snuggled in his bed through the night, and gets along great with other dogs. He's a very smart boy too. He's happy to give you a couple of short barks to gently remind you that it's breakfast or dinner time or that he'd appreciate a potty break outside. Baxter's favorite part of the day is right after a meal, he has an adorable celebration dance around the house that ends with an upside down wiggle session in his bed. Baxter has lots of energy for a 13 year old boy but he's happy to chill out and snuggle with you as long as you like. He would do best in a home that doesn't require him to traverse lots of stairs but he has no problem with porch and patio steps. He is a precious, joyful boy who deserves his very own forever family.

Baxter has had a dental cleaning, is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and is microchipped. He has no long term medical needs that require medication daily. He is currently fostered in Huntsville,, Alabama but is not picky about where he ends up as long as he is an inside dog and loved!
