Here's what the humans have to say about me:
✰✰ AIDEN, Male 2 year of age, #AVAILABLE – For more photos of AIDEN please click http://www.norcalbcrescue.org/aiden.html ✰✰
See Aiden’s video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=soqtHWrDA_I
AIDEN is a gentle, medium sized, red, rough coat, two-year old boy. He has the most adorable half-socks on his front feet as well as a beautiful, full tail. AIDEN wants to be with his people – including lying at your feet, working at getting hugs, being petted, and just hanging out in the same room with the family. This boy came into rescue a bit scared and confused, but with a little time and some TLC at his foster home has become more confident as he realizes he is safe and protected. Participating in a training program will be an excellent way to bond with AIDEN and meet his need to please you.
AIDEN gets along well with his foster pack and is learning how to play. He likes the rope pull and plays a little tug-o-war with Jack, a 4-month-old BC. He also likes to cuddle on the couch with Jill, another 4-month old BC. He can at times play a little rough with the young pups so he needs to be watched around them, but has been fine with the older dogs. AIDEN rides well in the car with his harness tied to the seat belt (as he wants to be in your lap) and loves going for walks. He was a bit scared of the family cat at first, but has been growing more confident so a dog-savvy feline may be best. This very sweet boy is easy to be around. AIDEN is housebroken and partially crate trained. He’s okay for sleeping in a crate at night if we’re at home, but doesn’t like the idea of being in it when we leave the house!
AIDEN is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application (http://norcalbcrescue.org/adopt_info.html) and wish to enquire about AIDEN, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.
AIDEN is being fostered in Granite Bay in Placer County, California.
