Meet Clyde! He's a purebred boxer with a heart of gold! He's 3 years old and 42 pounds - he still has some weight to gain and we are working on that! He should probably weight 50-55 pounds at full weight. Clyde is fostered in a home with kids and other dogs and is great with both! He was rescued from a kill shelter where his owners dumped him. He also has heartworms thanks to their horrible lack of care, but he is undergoing treatment and ready for adoption soon!
Clyde's adoption fee of $500 includes neuter, vaccination,deworming, flea/tick and helps recoup some of the expenses incurred in his treatment. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $75 fee will be added for puppies picked up from our Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. MA residents are no longer allowed to adopt from our adoption center or our adoption events due to MA regs. All MA adoptions must be finalized prior to the puppy leaving our care in TN.
