My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet darling Dean! One of the cutest and sweetest little babies to ever come out of north Georgia! This 9 week old super cutie is only 6-8lbs now and will most likely weigh only about 15lbs when full grown. He is the cutest mix of Dachshund and small terrier was rescued out of high kill Gordon County by his foster mom Tracy Hunter. Dean is a light brown male, with a beautiful coat and the best disposition. He is very social, loveable and LOVES people! He loves to be held and play with you all day! He is super fun, outgoing and totally adorable! Very social, affectionate and of course playful! Dean loves every other puppy and bigger dog and person he meets! He has been in a great foster home with other puppies and adult dogs and cats too. Dean would love to be in a home with another dog to learn from and play with. He is ready for continued socialization, a loving and fun family and puppy training after he’s fully vaccinated. He is active and outgoing, pee pad trained and crate trained as well. Dean will be headed to Washington State and hoping that you will be waiting on the other side of the country to take him home on Saturday April 11th. His adoption fee is $500 and includes a $100 donation to spay and neutering in Georgia as we want to be part of the solution for over-population in the south. Dean has been vaccinated, micro-chipped and has received de-wormers and health certificates. He will need you to neuter him when he is older. Apply online at www.raincityrescue.com (choose adopt tab for application button) or questions email Pam at raincityrescue@gmail.com. Don’t miss out on ‘dorable Dean, he will be your best buddy forever!
