My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Radar is an 18 month old terrier mix who weighs 10 lbs. We believe her dad was a terrier/poodle mix and her mom was a Chihuahua. Radar was brought in with her sister and another pup and was an owner surrender. She is housetrained as long as she has access to the outdoors. When we got her Radar was fearful of other dogs, kids, men, strangers and while on a leash. She is making great progress and is settling down. She was kept in a back yard setting so it’s possible she’s never had an opportunity for much socialization. She has to feel comfortable on her walks in order to do her business so she has a little more work to do in that regard. Despite her fears she is not a barker. She gets quickly attached to her person and is a gentle, shy, affectionate little girl although she warms up after a while. She is a little aggressive with cats. She gets along great with foster's other dogs but is still concerned about dogs she meets on walks. Foster mom describes her as a real sweetheart, smart, playful, clingy, submissive and gentle. All in all a wonderful little girl.
