for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Andy's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and not good with cats.

Andy's Story...
Mr. Andy is an active and goofy 1-2 year old Shepherd possibly Collie mix. He's been neutered, microchipped, and is current on his age appropriate vaccinations including rabies. Andy is a love of a dog, but he'll need to go through obedience training and socialization. Because of his activity level and size, Andy should find his forever home with active adults (maybe joggers or cyclists) and no small children. If you're interested in Andy, please come and visit with him in one of our play yards! Give us a call at (352)796-2711 to see if he's still available.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Andy, a Brooksville German Shepherd Dog/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Collie for sale in Brooksville, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Collie dog from a breeder in Brooksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Collie breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
