HI, I'm Pepper, and I'm a sweet little gal. I have been in a place where people have been taking care of me really well, and I get lots of love, but they go home at night, and ..... well I get lonely. Sitting in a soft lap is my favorite, I had my OWN person, but she went away, and though I know the people love me here, I want my OWN person again. I'm a good little girlie, I tolerate a kennel, I bark at other dogs some, but I really like being the only doggy unless the other dog is chill, if you know what I mean. It says I'm special needs but only because I have just one eye, it doesn't slow me down at all,its been like that forever. I am really well behaved, but sometimes I mistake a chair-leg for a tree, You have to remind me and get me outside and then I'm GREAT!
