My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lilly Bear was a tiny pup found on the side of the road, scared, lonely, starving and cold. She came right to me when I called for her. I loaded her up in my car and away we went. Poor girl acted like a vacuum to my floorboard, sucking up any crumbs. I had 1 chicken strip left from my lunch, she ate it whole! I brought her home and it was only when I rinsed her off and her fluffy fur was laid down that you could see that Lilly bear was completely emaciated and starving. She has eaten all we will give her at every meal. We are working on slowing down her eating to prevent her from gulping down her food without chewing. She weighed 7 lbs. when I found her about 3 weeks ago – 1/20/15. She now weighs 18 lbs! She is probably around 10 weeks old giving her the birthday of 12/1/14. She gets along well with big dogs and little dogs. She would do best in a home with younger dogs that like to play. Lilly Bear also has done well with my 2 year old niece. Lilly Bear has done a great job with house training. She does well with being taken out every 3 hours during the day. She sleeps in the bedroom in a crate with a big fluffy fleece blanket at night. She sleeps through the night, no whining or crying. Lilly Bear loves to romp and play, she loves all dogs and all dog toys. She is having the time of her life exploring the world and growing fast. She has the softest black fuzzy fur, is gentle and likes to snuggle. Her little tail just never stops wagging. Lilly Bear will make a great addition to almost any family. Leash training is in the works. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
