SOPHIE's Story...
Attention! SOPHIE Here!
I am a female, spayed, microchipped, white with chocolate Shih Tzu/Brussels Griffon mix looking for my furever home. I am about 3 years old, current on vaccinations, weight approx. 12 lbs. I am good with other dogs, adults and children, playful, friendly and loving, smart and like to give kisses like my foster mom describes me.

I was rescued from Lancaster shelter because no one considered to adopt me and offer a forever loving home. The people at the rescue think I am unique and have a kind of fancy look. I am loved cause I respond well to my name and listen to you when you call my name.

If you like to meet me and offer a loving forever home, please use contact info to schedule a meet and greet soon.

Yours with a happy tailwag!
SOPHIE

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SOPHIE, a Inland Empire Shih Tzu/Brussels Griffon dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Brussels Griffon for sale in Inland Empire, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Brussels Griffon dog from a breeder in Inland Empire.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Inland Empire already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Inland Empire breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Brussels Griffon breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Brussels Griffon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Inland Empire paves the way for another one to be saved.
