Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ZOEY – looking for her forever loving home!!! She is a SPECTACULAR doggie!!
Zoey is the house dog you have been looking for. Her sweet, adaptable nature means she is up to playing ball, going for a ride, or watching TV. For this American Bulldog-mix, it is all about you and what you need. She takes being a human's best friend as a life's mission, not a corny label.
She loves people, and will be your lap dog if you allow her. She is house broken, doggy door trained, and crate-trained too! Zoey considers her crate as her own personal little home and sleeps through the night in her kennel with no problem. Zoey is an ideal house dog and human companion. She knows the difference between your property and her stuff, and only plays with her toys. You can take anything out of her mouth including food. She does not beg for food (but any food morsel on the floor she considers hers). She is happily content to play independently while you work in the same room, Zoey is good at giving you space while being with you.
Zoey brings with her:
• Affectionate-- likes to keep you company and always wants to please you.
• Very Adaptable - - - will watch T.V., go for a jog, ride, or play ball-- it's up to you! She also plays well by herself with her toys.
• A love of traveling with you -- rides excellent in the car and would be a great traveling companion.
• Zoey is excellent with her bath, will stand in the shower for her shampooing than “NO shaking off” once she is out of the shower.
• She does not bark at the door, but comes to get you to let you know someone is there. She is working on her habit of jumping on people. It is not a heavy, knock 'em down jump, but gentle and nevertheless is learning that is unacceptable and we see continual improvement. Zoey would make a great hiking and camping buddy with her energy, and yet a great companion to rest quietly while you watch a movie.
• Thrives with training and making you happy -- Zoey is a smart girl who loves being challenged to learn.
• She is almost perfect...doesn't even get in the open bathroom trash can and stays off the furniture.
• She is fully vetted with complete detailed blood work done, all medical records will be provided.
• Zoey is up-to-date on her shots, spayed, healthy, in great physical shape, and a vibrant two years young. This sweet girl will be best in a one-doggie home with no kitties please. If children, they will need to be older.
A couple of videos to see adorable Zoey in action:

Zoey will especially enjoy a home where folks are home quite a bit of the time, and she will love to run and play fetch in a nice, grassy back yard! This fine young lady comes with two dog beds, food, toys, shampoo, leash and collar.
This precious girl ended up at the local shelter as she was picked up by the County Animal Control found as a stray, than was rescued.
Is Zoey the dog you have been looking for? She's looking for you!
