Chuck's Story...
***Adoption Fee $0--a donor has paid Chuck's adoption fee***

This is Chuck. He's been with us for a long time (3 years). Despite his hardcore attempts at being cute and getting attention when visitors come to his foster home, they usually are drawn to someone else and Chuck receives another blow to his ego.
Chuck is all cat. He'll come to you when he wants some love, will give a good stink eye when he's done with loving, and generally will wander around with a chip on his shoulder and expect adulation for simply being him. Like I said - a cat!!
You can't help but love Chuck. He's been an underdog from the word Go. He came in starving, scared, an adult cat in a kitten's world, and his fur color working against him. He's seen so many fosters come and go in his foster home - we really just want him to get his chance too.

Chuck is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. His adoption fee is $0. For more information about Chuck, please email us FreeRoamingFelineProgram@gmail.com or download an Adoption Application from our website: FreeRoamingFelineProgram.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chuck, a Manitowoc Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Manitowoc, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Manitowoc.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manitowoc already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manitowoc breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manitowoc paves the way for another one to be saved.
