My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello World,
My name is Herbie and I am a sweet and spunky little (only ten pounds) bichon of one who is affectionate, playful and friendly – and comes in a very cute package!

Dad says I LOVE to play and am a very active boy. He says I am also pretty entertaining. A friend gave me this plush toy that looks like a little lamb. I love to throw it in the air and run to catch it (sometimes I look to see if Dad is watching to see how cute I am!) Dad says I was a little shy around him at first but I overcame that. You see he is a big guy and I’m a little one so I needed to learn that bigger people can be kind and loving to little guys, too!

I love to ride in the car and go on my walks – and I LOVE to play in the park. Big dogs, small dogs – they are all my friends. You see I have a big foster doggy sister who has taught me all kinds of wonderful things. When my walks and play dates are over, my favorite thing to do is snuggle.

Dad says I am housebroken, a really good boy and that I want to devote myself to someone. Because I am young, I discover something new every day. Why someday I might even meet an elephant or a giraffe… but for now, learning my way around the house and the park is good enough.

Dad says I would do best in a home where I can receive lots of love and attention - a home with someone who likes to go on walks and wants a little buddy to go on rides would be ideal.
I could easily be a therapy dog as I love people (especially women and gentle men) and I am great with children, too.

So if you want a little love of a guy with tons of promise, who is smart and wants to entertain you, please complete our application as I am waiting to meet you.

xoxoxoxo
