Good company.  Lovely, healthy, elegant, athletic, loves to play.
Tova -- a lovely 3-year old black short-coat female.

Tova can't resist toys. She loves the cat dancer, the feathers, the laser light...she loves the chase.   Small as she is, Tova is cautious in the playroom with the other cats.

Tova and Cookie have an understanding and have been longtime roommates.  They would likely do well together.  It might take a long time for Tova to feel comfortable with another cat or dog.Tova would be in kitty heaven if she (and maybe Cookie) were in a home where they could play and play with abandon. Playing is the way to Tova’s heart.

Our beautiful Tova is  awaiting your black kitty love!  She will grab at feather toys from the inside of her room.  When her roomies are out in the center in the mornings, Tova goes into the 'big room' to play with a cat dancer. Oh goodness, she does want to play.  Recently noticed that Tova has actually made a few feline friends.  Nice to see this kind of thing happening.  Hope she will continue to be open to new experiences.

Tova is generally timid around strangers but she allows her caregivers to pet her and enjoys playing in the room (when the coast is clear.)  She can’t resist canned food and this is the way to lure her in or out of her room and to encourage her to accept petting, etc.  She will rub and roll when her sides are stroked and is learning to allow her head and ears to be touched.

Come see this kitty in the Napa Petco Adoption Center ANY day. Or come meet them on Saturdays and Sundays during adoption event hours (see our website). Questions: wtfnapa@gmail.com or call (707) 258-2287.

About Whiskers, Tails and Ferals

About Our Rescue Group...

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered, are tested for either heartworm or FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
