To know Scruffy is to love Scruffy!! He’s a handsome terrier, about 5 yrs of age and 30 lbs of nothing but LOVE! This boy was found by a plumber running on the streets of Miami with a huge tumor on his bottom. The tumor has been removed and now he needs a forever home.
